| How
To Purchase Online |
| Are
you new to shopping online? Don't worry! Purchasing
online is very simple, safe and secure. Just follow
the simple procedure below. |

Step #1: Review the Products |
| Review
the products by clicking on any of the product lines,
which are always listed in the vertical color-bar located
on the left side of the screen under "PRODUCT
INDEX." On the product line screen, you will see
a list of all the products within that product line.
The screen will show a thumbnail photo for each product,
the product name, price, code, and the quantity in your
"Shopping Basket." For a detailed description
of a single product, click on the product's name or
thumbnail photo. |

Step #2: Place Items in your Shopping Cart
|
| Either
from within the product line listing, or from the listing
of a single product, click on the "Add to Basket"
button. This places one item in your " Shopping Basket."
If you want more than one item: you may click the button
a second time on the product line screen; OR adjust
the quantity button on the single product description
screen before clicking on the "Add to Basket"
button; OR go to your " Shopping Basket" and
adjust the quantity. Add as many products as you like
to your "Basket." You're still not committed
to buy anything yet. |

Step #3: Make any Adjustments to your Shopping Cart |
| In
your "Shopping Basket," if you want to change
the quantity of products, or remove any products, or
see the total bill so far, click on "View Basket"
and make the adjustments. You may also go back and add
more products to your "Basket." Just go back one
page by double clicking your right mouse button and clicking
on "Back"; then click on one of the product lines and continue shopping.
The cost of shipping can't be included in the bill yet,
because you haven't told us to where, or how, you're
shipping your order. You're still not committed to buy
anything yet. |

Step #4: Check Out and Pay for your Purchases |
|
When
you're happy with the contents in your "Shopping Basket,"
click on "Checkout" in the top-of-screen
menu bar. Checkout requires filling in info on three
screens:
a. CUSTOMER INFORMATION Screen:
Fill in the shipping and billing information on
the "CUSTOMER INFORMATION" screen. Then
click on the "Continue Checkout" button
in the lower right corner of the screen. You're
still not committed to buy anything yet.
b. SHIPPING & PAYMENT OPTIONS Screen:
Choose among the shipping and payment options. Then
click on the "Continue Checkout" button
in the lower right corner of the screen. You're
still not committed to buy anything yet.
c. PAYMENT INFORMATION Screen:
This screen now contains the total cost of your
order, including shipping. Fill in the payment information,
e.g. credit card info. Then click on the "Continue
Checkout" button in the lower right corner
of the screen. NOW you're committed to purchase
your order.

Step #5: Receive Email Confirmation of your Order |
|
Very
quickly you will receive an email confirming that
your order was received. If you need to communicate
with us further, as a first step, just send a "reply"
to the email you received. For your expected delivery
date, refer to the "Shipping Information" below.

Apple
Rise Sports goes to great effort to ship orders
by the next business day. For any express mail
options, assume orders will be shipped out by
the next business day.
U.S. Orders: For orders shipped within
the continental United States, customers have
several options with either UPS or the US Postal
Service, including regular ground or express
mail services.
Canadian Orders: For orders shipped to
Canada, we usually use the US Postal Service.
Allow 4-7 days. Recognize that you will be responsible
for any customs duties required if any.
Foreign Orders: For orders outside the
USA and Canada, we usually use Global Express
by the US Postal Service. If including a
Kiddie Ski Bar in your order, please choose
the 2-piece model, so it will fit into a
smaller box. Allow a week. Recognize that you
will be responsible for any customs duties required
if any.
